Reiki Treatments
£30 per session
On arrival we will have an informal chat about your needs before progressing with the treatment.
The Reiki treatment session is given to a fully clothed recipient, either lying on a treatment table or sitting in a chair.
It is recommended that four initial sessions are taken, this will give time for evaluate how you are benefiting from the treatments.
If you would prefer a treatment in the comgort of your own home i am now offering home visits for an additional milage charge, Just ask when booking.

Animals love Reiki and respond to it very well,
Reiki can be beneficial for Animals in a variety of ways
Physical - pain relief, post operative, stiffness and Arthritis, digestive issues, etc
Emotional - Anxiety, nervousness, Trauma, Mistreatment, etc
Behavoural issues and helping to strengthen the bond between animal and owner and much more.

Time or distance is no barrier to Reiki, Reiki can be sent over distance, to anywhere in the world, the effect is the same as hands on reiki, just in the comfort of your own home.

Our homes can retain negative energy a negative or traumatic event or even from the television, this can leave us feeling drained and tired, stressed, depressed or just plain uneasy in a space that should be a safe haven of tranquillity.
We spend time physically cleaning our homes but often neglect the energetic cleaning

Usui Reiki level 1 £75.
This is the beginner level which opens the energy channels and allows you to connect to the universal life force energy that is Reiki.
After receiving the Reiki level 1 certificate you will be able to channel Reiki energy for self treatments and also provide treatments for family and friends.
Usui Reiki level 2 £150.
The connection is strengthened and deepened.
This is typically known as the practitioner level, after receiving the Reiki level 2 level certificate you will be able to use 3 special Reiki symbols and also send Reiki energy to others over distance.
Usui Reiki level 3 £250.
The Master/Teacher level. This level raises the students energy vibration to an even higher level and enhances the skills already learnt and will enable them to teach and attune others.
Home Visits

Cuppa and a chat Therapy
£30 per hour.
We all need someone to talk to but sometimes it can be difficult to talk about certain things with friends or family but bottling things up can be detrimental to our mental health and well being.
In some cases it can be better to talk to a stranger.
I know from personal experience how beneficial it can be to have a good rant about that are bothering you.
If this resonates with you and you feel you would benefit from talking to someone maybe i can help.
In my role as a Reiki Master I often find that clients are eager to talk about things in their lives that are causing them distress.
I have now been guided to to offer a listening service to those who feel the need to talk or rant and get it off your chest in a friendly, non-judgemental, informal environment.
This can be in person over a cuppa or over a WhatsApp call.
I have training in active listening and have high levels of empathy.
I will listen to you without judgemeny.
Anything you tell me is in the strictest confidence.
I wont tell you what to do but together we can get to the bottom of the issue andusuallu a solution will become apparent.
