Thank you for shopping with West Wales Reiki Healing, we hope you are delighted with your purchase, In the unlikely event that you are not we ofer a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days has passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
Elegibility for Refunds or Exchanges
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it.
The item must be in the origional packaging.
To complete the return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replaceitems if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an Email at westwalesreikihealing@gmail.com and send your item to
Cilwendeg View, Newchapel, Boncath, Pembs SA37 0EW.
once the item has been recieved and inspected, we will notify you by Email as to the approval of your refund or exchange.
If approved then your refund will be processed and will automatically to your origional method of payment.

Shipping costs are non refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
